Attack Defence Game Plan/Strategy Use balls other than netballs that aren’t as heavy so the speed of the traveling ball also speeds up the game. 4 players from each squad are allowed to sit on the bleachers to stretch their arms and intercept flying balls. People on the perimeter of the quad pass the ball to someone closer to the bleachers to allow them to throw it further into the opponent's area.
